Arts museums as well as universities and concert halls have been livestreaming tours, concerts and classes in an attempt to fill the cultural void brought on by the closure of non-essential business and stay-at-home orders. This list of online resources can help you broaden your entertainment options, whether you’re looking for a break from your endless videoconference meetings or have run out of things to watch on Netflix.

Visual Arts

ArtsWestchester. A compilation of virtual cultural offerings from organizations around Westchester.

The Frick from Home. Tours, videos and cocktails with a curator every Friday at 5 pm.

The Louvre. Virtual tours of three exhibits, including Egyptian antiquities.

Metropolitan Museum of Art. Stories, videos books and audioguides on themes from exhibitions.

Berlin Philharmonic. This leader in live-streaming is offering free online access to its virtual concerts.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s “Fleabag.” This stage version will be streamed on Amazon Prime for two weeks beginning April 10th with proceeds going to charities to help fight coronovirus.
