Learn Stress Reduction Techniques at the Library on Saturday, March 3
Stressing out? Then come to this program being taught by Kellye Davis, a certified meditation instructor and author. She is coming to the Library to teach stress reduction techniques to adults and teens 16 and up, on Saturday, March 3 from 1 – 2 p.m. The program is suitable for seniors as well.
Davis will lead the class through various relaxation exercises, answer questions and provide participants with handouts to take home. No experience is required for this one-hour class; participants may bring yoga mats or sit in chairs during the exercises. Registration is suggested by calling the Library at (914) 738-1234, but walk-ins are welcome.
