Homework Help

Apr 28
3:30 pm -
4:45 pm

Homework Help is available every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the school year from 3:30 – 4:45 p.m., except on days when school is not in session. The program is for children in grades 1 – 8 with help (not tutoring) provided by Pelham Memorial High School students.
Students must bring their assignments, textbooks and paper, and they are free to drop in and leave when they’ve completed their assignments. High school helpers vary on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Homework Help is also a good opportunity for beginning readers to read aloud to an interested teen. Snacks are provided.

The Library will once again be sponsoring two teams, one for grades 5 – 6 and the other for grades 6 – 10. If you’d like to be part of it, come to this organizational meeting. For more information call Augusta Turner at the Library at (914) 738-1234.
