So, Let's Sew! for Kids

Join us for a sewing class just for kids ages 6-8! This class is capped at 6 people, but a waitlist will be kept. Because of high demand, we ask that if you register and cannot attend, that you cancel with 48 hours notice. If you do not give a MINIMUM of 48-hour notice of a cancellation, you will not be able to re-register for another session. If you are interested, please email Tasha at ngross@wlsmail.org. Registration will only be made via email. No exceptions. You MUST include your/your child’s name and age, and your phone number. You will receive a confirmation. Register soon, as space and supplies are limited!

"I'll Have What She's Having": The Jewish Deli with the New-York Historical Society

Join us for a virtual presentation of the New-York Historical Society’s new exhibit, “I’ll Have What She’s Having”: The Jewish Deli! This presentation explores how Jewish immigrants, mostly from Central and Eastern Europe, imported and adapted traditions to create a uniquely American restaurant and reveals how Jewish delicatessens became a cornerstone of American food culture. This program takes place on Zoom, and registration is required. Please register here. This program is presented in collaboration with the the Harrison, Mount Pleasant, and Somers Public Libraries.
