Blind Date with a Book

Come into the Library to find the perfect blind date….with a book! Mysteriously awesome library books will be wrapped up with a special intro ready to be found by the perfect reader. Embrace your love of books by checking one out today! These books will be available to be checked out from February 1 through February 15.

Learn how to sow native plants and annual flower seeds during a hands-on workshop. Perfect for beginners, you’ll grow easy favorites like golden alexander, threadleaf amsonia, penstemon, cosmos and zinnias, ready for spring planting! We’ll use recycled materials to create mini-greenhouses.
